What would the city be without the traces of the past? What would we be without them? Everything around us carries memories.

Then & Now

The tobacco warehouse is located in the modern urban fabric of Xanthi, is not in use and has suffered several major damages, especially on the roof. The greatest extent of the facades and the roof is being restored, while we create a contradictory addition to the northern façade and the roof in order to further emphasize the historical specificity of the building.

Public & Private

We choose to create a co-working space, with open spaces for studying, cultural activities and relaxing, and private spaces for startup companies or young people who cannot afford the rent of an individual workspace.
